   Thank you Pastor Rick for sharing Psalm 141. Yes, we need to deal with what is in our heart as well as the bad things that come from the outside. Criticism is hard but there often is some truth in it. May we keep “our/my eyes fixed on you, Sovereign Lord”. Lord, have mercy.
